H2O Nationwide Ltd was founded in 1998 by joint Directors Martin Stevenson and Steve Lorriman. Their vision was to provide complete air and water hygiene solutions for businesses throughout the UK.

From the outset, H2O offered a complete package of water hygiene services including the refurbishment of cold water storage tanks, risk assessments and chlorinations. In addition to this, the company offered a comprehensive package of air hygiene solutions, including the deep cleaning of kitchen grease extract systems.

Over recent years, as more emphasis has been put on the control of Legionnaires' disease, H2O have focussed its experience in this field to offer its customers a complete one stop solution.

From the initial risk assessment through to monitoring and sampling and the completion of remedial works, H2O are in the unique position of directly employing all of the expertise required to undertake the separate tasks. This ensures a seamless coordination of works is provided; a benefit that is enjoyed and often commented on by their many clients.

The company to date has an impressive client portfolio ranging from local authorities, London boroughs, the Ministry of Defence, educational institutions through to hospitals.

In addition to providing a service throughout the whole of the British Isles, which has included works from the Channel Islands to the Outer Hebrides, the company has also been involved in works in the Far East, the Caribbean and Africa.

Every year since its birth, the company has seen continued and steady growth in all areas of the business. And in its 12th year, 2009 is already continuing the trend.
